Summer Splendour with a big helping of procrastination
Most of the series have already begun airing their third
episode, which to us audience, would be the deciding factor of whether the show
is worth the watch. For me, the set that I have is actually living up to
expectations so it’s kind of hard to drop any. Have you guys found your
favorite for the summer or at least a number that you find to be top of your
list?
First is Amaama to Inazuma. I am a sucker for this type of
shows. Father and daughter concept is something that I find myself get engross
into the relationship they have. To me it started from Clannad: After Story
with Tomoya and Ushio and then it was Usagi Drop with its unique art style and
peculiar relationship.
I kind of envision myself in their shoes of how it would be like to have a daughter and I did write stories basing on the following relationship. Yeah, I did. My chuunibyou was influenced by my interest in the following relationship as well.

Next is Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA 3rei!! For this
one, I am especially hype up about the later episodes for something to happen,
which I am sure those who read the manga would know. I just can’t wait for it
to happen. Unfortunately, I would already be in NS when the episode comes out.
I really hope I don’t get spoiled of how it looks like before watching it
myself.
Following that is Mob Psycho 100. The unique art design
really stood out for me and considering that it is by ONE I have high hopes for
it. I got to say, it is actually quite good. The humour and the colourful
action scenes really reels me in.
Lastly is Tales of Zestria the X. What got me interested in
it was the game as I would check a few gameplays of it and it got me into the
story. Though with that said, I am not spoiled of the whole story as I stop
watching its gameplay. Also, considering it is done by Ufotable, the animation
should be good and boy was I not disappointed with it recent episode. It looks
beautiful. I might consider getting a copy of the game soon, especially since I
now have a PS4.
Speaking about games, yes, I have been playing a lot. I
would always push stuff or tab it and say to myself that I would get to it soon
but how long has it been since I have actually read Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai
Dochuu and Death March? A month plus if I am not wrong. I really need to get my
act together.
Continuing from games, I’ve been playing a lot of Overwatch,
especially since the new patch with Ana came out. My hands have probably
forgotten how to use a keyboard and a mouse properly. I still haven’t finish
both Nekopara VNs, Subnautica is long forgotten, CSGO is history for me, L4D2
is, well, dead. The PS4 has now become my main gaming platform. My PSVita is
picking up dust somewhere and the 3DS is probably out of charge. I just
remembered that I do have other games on the PS4. What were they again? Touhou
Gensou Rondo, FIFA, Broforce, Star Wars Battlefront, Stikbold, FURI, Project
Diva, Lost Song, Rocket League. Wow, they must be lonely in my PS4 with no one
to play them. Once I go into NS, they’ll be even lonelier. Probably not as my
sisters has access to my PS4. Then in a few months I would buy more games. No
Man’s Sky, Gravity Rush 2, maybe AOT, Persona 5 is something that I’m still
thinking about as I didn’t even finish Persona 4. So many things to do and
think about. Oh, my friends are online on Overwatch. Just a quick game then
I’ll start reading. Just one more game. One more.
