Catching Up - Marching Onwards...
Spring is here in a few more days. Well this season has been
quite interesting. Some shows were really enjoyable like KonoSuba!, Boku Dake
ga Inai Machi despite the different ending (that title drop on the last
episode), Dagashi Kashi, Gate 2, Dimesion W (the ending was okay I guess),
Fairy Tail ZERO arc was bringing back the feels that were once felt. And there
were others that were quite unsavory, Luck & Logic. I didn’t know where the
plot was going with it. Lets just sweep that under the rug or straight to the
trash can, tied up in a plastic bag and into the dumpster. It was at least self
aware of it being a typical protagonist miracle thing that it had going on so
there’s a plus side right?

Other things that I’ve been doing is reading… A lot of
reading. I spend more of my time on the internet reading than watching videos.
My passion for reading has been rekindle lately and I’ve searched the internet picking up light novels and web
novels that piqued my interest.
And one of them is Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku. Lately, I have an interest with “protagonist transported to another world” setting ever since I stumbled upon Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu. I just can’t get enough of them. Is this my way of escapism? Engrossing myself in stories of another world as I so willingly want to escape mine? Am I having another relapse of escapism? Nah… I don’t know. I still enjoy life here (at least I think I am), so I don’t think that’s the reason. I mean waking up, eating, reading stories on the Internet through the computer, playing link battles on pokemon as I wait for the computer to charge, eating, continue reading and watching videos and then sleep. It is quite the luxurious life but not really a healthy one though. I was send to the clinic for having irregular eating schedule and for not chewing my food well as I got stomach pain. Doctor advised me to chew properly and have proper meals as he suspected that I might have appendicitis but there is no way to verify that unless I go for a scan. But after a few days, there isn’t any problems arising so I’ll assume it’s just too much acid in my tummy.
Eat proper meals guys and chew your food well. You don’t want to cause trouble or worry your family as I did mine. Especially with appendicitis as it can cause death. Anyway, yeah, reading has been a thing.

Other thing on the agenda is watching Fire Emblem Fates
walkthrough.
I got interested in it due to a song that I heard that is from there. Lost in Thoughts All Alone is the title.
After that I got interested in the story and still continuing to watch the playthrough of the conquest arc. I don't find myself playing the game though as I am not a fan of the gameplay. I am not a strategy person. I am not even good playing fighting game as well. So I just enjoy what I can, story, music etc. There are other things to enjoy in games. So far, the story is a bit cliché at some parts but it is interesting. Even if its cliché, it works so its fine. Fighting through this industry has taught me that quite well that being 100% original is very hard as a lot of things has been done before and a lot of character archetypes has been used time and again.

Credit to AmaLee for this amazing cover...

Something that I’ve finished reading or which the story has
ended is the Ansatsu Kyoushitsu manga. It has finally ended. It was one heck of
the ride I gotta admit. Feels were felt on the last arc. Yes, feels were
definitely felt but the ending was good. There are FEW things that I though
could be done differently with ending but it was satisfying. Other character
arc could be expanded a bit but it’s okay. It ended.
The ending kinda reminded me of Gokusen though.
