How I spend my New Years...
Many are probably enjoying themselves celebrating the New
Years going out with friends or family or maybe by themselves… I don’t judge.
Going to the beach, shopping for clothes, watching movies or playing games at
home. Those are all fun things to do during the 1st of Jan.
And
there are others who have to either work or study for their project or exams. I
salute to you guys enduring the festive spirits floating in the air for the sake of your future.
Well, that aside, here’s how I spend my New Years.
Firstly, is the luxury of being able to wake up slightly
later at 11am. I would love to sleep in till 3 but I had to go to attend my
Friday prayers. When I returned, I begin noting down the list of shows that I
am interested to watch for the new lineup of Winter. If you want to know my
list, I will place it below.

It’s quite a handful but you’ll find it soon decreasing as I
start to get more selective of what I want to watch but as always, I try to
keep watching it as best as I can. Time is still not enough even if I keep
increasing my watching speed to 3x. And with more shoots planned for this
month, I am not sure if I am able to keep up with my schedule.

A light needed to simulate daylight... |
I fear having a
backlog of ongoing anime due to time constraint as well as my mental capacity to
stay awake from the strain of my school project. It’s at this moment, my final
year in Poly, where I’m going to miss the free time I had being a freshman and
junior. My 5-10 hours of sleep… Oh, how I miss you dearly… I just can’t adopt
the “Sleep is for the weak” motto that my school has. I find sleep to be an
important aspect of living. Weak or strong.
Anyways, I finally caught up with a few anime from summer
that I put on hold for a while (OMG. Summer? That’s like so long ago.) and
finish up the last few series of Autumn today. At the same time, I’ve been
scrolling through a few drama series that interest me.
Gakkou no Kaidan,
Samurai Sensei and Gomenne Seishun! just to name a few.
Around 5.30 I left to meet my lecturer for consultation over
an early dinner and then I went window-shopping (Yes, I window-shop often. It’s
a way I relieve some stress. Don’t judge) at a mall, a walking distance from my
house. And look what I found…

Yay! A copy of Miracle Girls Festival |
I have been waiting for it to arrive here and I finally got
my hands on it. After seeing the trailer for it, I was really, really looking
forward to it.
I even got a free poster as well. I’ve played a few songs only
and it’s been fun. I find myself talking to the Vita at times as during loading
screens, there’ll be a voice telling you to wait for a bit as it’s loading and
I find it hard not to reply back.
Oh, and I bought this as well for supper, something to keep
me from getting up in the middle of the night, rummaging for food in the
fridge. Mmm… Three pizzas and some sweet… something…
I am not sure of the name
but I know it’s nice as my mom usually buy some during the weekends when she’s
out shopping for groceries.
To end it off, I leave you guys with a Hatsune Miku song
that I’ve been looping today upon my discovery of it.
Credits to Giga-P for the amazing song
